Maximum impact with minimal disruption.

Williams River Steel delivers with minimal disruptions on a tight schedule.

Williams River Steel completed the architecturally designed refurbishment of a classroom module at John Paul College. Working to a tight schedule was important in order to take advantage of the school holidays and allow minimal disruption to classes.

Our scope of works was quite extensive for the project and included the removal and replacement of the roof, building extensions, structural steel upgrades, insulated panel awning, shade sails, amenities areas, complete internal fitout, polished concrete seating, landscaping and pavement areas.

Joh Paul College was so impressed with Williams River Steel's capabilities and commitment that we were contracted to complete numerous other projects within the college including the Applied Design Centre, Kindergarten, Library and other small structures such as walkways and outdoor areas.
