The Watagan Town Centre development represents APPS’s fourth, and largest, collaboration with Mars Building, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing partnership. This landmark project brings together the new Woolworths supermarket along with a diverse mix of specialty retailers, creating a vibrant retail destination designed to serve the growing community.
While much of the precast work completed by APPS is not visible to the eye, it plays a critical role in the success of the development. Our structural precast elements provide the strength, durability, and precision required to meet Woolworths’ high performance and compliance standards. More importantly, they establish a solid and reliable foundation for the architectural façades and finishes that define the centre’s visual appeal.
In total, the project incorporates 271 precast panels, delivering 3,925m² of structural walling. Each panel was manufactured and installed with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and coordination to support the broader construction program.
