One of the largest developments in Newcastle, The East End project will comprise a total of 7 sites with various stages of construction.

Incorporating the heritage listed facades of the Soul Pattinson Chemist, the landmark Lyrique Theatre and numerous terrace houses in King Street, precast concrete provided a perfect solution to the new superstructure as space on site was highly restrictive. The project also required the production of highly decorative fluted and splayed panels blending the old with the new and showcasing the skills of our production team.
