Williams River Steel assisted in the construction of this facility in a number of stages as the business grew to keep up with the markets demand, working in with the processing plans to prevent downtime in peak processing times of the year.
While the building may present as relatively simple building the design and construction methodology was challenging to work in and around an ongoing operation, using our advanced 3d software, Williams River Steel was able to design, manufacture and build around existing structures, gantry walkway and silos with minimum disruption.
An unconventional but clever design places the superstructure of the building on the outside which provides a clean sterile food grade finish on the inside of the building for the nut processing operations.
