This new state-of-the-art BMW showroom project was a full “Turn Key” design and construction project for Williams River Steel, requiring adherence to specific corporate branding guidelines.

From the demolition of the existing structures on the land to basement service area to the upper floor showrooms, Williams River Steel built this project to the client’s budget and like all projects, to an absolute first-class finish.

Specific BMW requirement for flooring, ceilings and offices all had to be adhered to and were delivered without issue.

The main building components used were our precast panels as both retaining and structural members and a vast amount of custom designed glass.
