With the construction industry booming since the Lockdowns of yesteryear, prefabricated methods of construction are gaining more popularity.

The ability to erect a building or a level of a multi-story building in a couple of days on site has meant that more companies and developers are recognising the benefits of Precast Concrete Panels and requesting them on their projects or from their engineers.

APPS has had to adapt and innovate new methods of construction and implement new techniques over the recent years to accommodate requests from clients that involve curved panels in vertical or lateral planes, textured finishes for luxury multi-level apartments and architectural feature walls of exposed timber grain for high end residential dwellings.

Always looking for ways to improve, we have adopted new technology for QA purposes, trialled alternative products that are being researched and developed by leading international companies in their field, and have collaborated with major builders in the NSW industry on how best to streamline ours and their process to create efficiencies across their projects.

With other large projects in the pipeline locally and further afield across NSW, it is great for the team here to see their hard work paying off to produce quality panels for these buildings that will stand the test of time to show future generations to come of the benefits of Precast concrete.
