Trading in for new look.

A full refurbishment offers a new look for a continued and valued client.

Initially designed and constructed by Williams River Steel some 20 years ago as a state-of-the-art ‘Holden‘ showroom for another client, this full refurbishment has been reborn under the Toyota banner. In turn, this refurbishment would also necessitate showroom relocations and full upgrades for Hyundai, Kia and Nissan.

Initially Toyota was the focus to have completed and operational. Once completed, then to Hyundai’s upgraded requirements and then to the final larger full rebuild of the Nissan and KIA showrooms.

As wish all refurbishments on a pre-existing vehicle brand dealership, the new “Corporate Identity” by the manufacturer must be implemented. This often includes floor tiling, lighting, glazing, external aluminum clad fascias, new signage and reception and client areas. All of these areas must be addressed.

Additional to the Toyota showroom upgrade was the customer drive through entry roof structure. Like other projects with full refurbishment only some of the structural framework remain; but projects like these do not have a lot of existing features remaining from the original concept.

Our process then moved us to the original Toyota showroom to be C.I. upgraded for occupation with Nissan and KIA. Again total refurbishment including new roofing and building extension.
