Comprising of two sections, this full design and construction project incorporates 2 level offices with a 550m2 footprint along with 1450m2 of mining warehousing designed to accommodate the 32 tonne overhead crane.
Stage one of the project saw completion of the warehouse allowing Aury to access and utilise the floor area. Whilst Aury were fitting out and stocking, Williams River Steel moved onto stage 2 of the project constructing the offices and external works.
In order to accommodate the sewer, water, electrical and data demands of the property, the 2 blocks needed to be consolidated into one. Ausgrid were contacted to upgrade their Kiosk in the street and in turn Williams River Steel needed to upgrade the main electrical board.
Williams River Steel modeled the preferred design, engineered the project and completed construction to meet all build parameters supplied by the client.
The project also included all external pavements, parking areas and stormwater requirements; all completed by Williams River Steel.
