With a pipeline of multiple projects across NSW, WRS is seeking a sharp and knowledgeable construction sales professional to join the team at their Head Office located in Tomago on a permanent full-time basis.

Essential Criteria

Reporting to the Manager, the Sales Rep will be able to build instant trust with clients, and demonstrate credibility and strong knowledge of the commercial construction process.

· Articulate and intelligent, with sharp presentation skills

· Fascinated with the commercial construction and property development industries

· Ambitious and driven to achieve growth, and launch at opportunities to progress

· Experienced with project marketing, Management and consulting

· Collaborative in their work style, and eager to liaise with the drafting team, project management representatives, builders and all other stakeholders involved in the projects

Desirable Criteria

Advantageous but not essential would be 

·        Costing and scheduling  

·        Understanding project requirements

An excellent salary package is on offer including a motor vehicle and a very appealing commission structure which could you earning well into six figures.
