APPS is our onsite precast concrete panel manufacturer based in Tomago NSW at the forefront of the commercial and civil construction market. Producing high quality panels for some of Newcastle's and Sydney’s largest jobs. With a strong focus on quality construction and building a team orientated culture they are looking for people to join them that have skills and previous experience in concreting and steel fixing.
Individuals with the relevant experience in the following are invited to apply:
· Concreting: pouring, placing and finishing of precast concrete elements- ideally precast panels with chopper finishing experience.
· Steel fixing: tying and fixing mesh and rebar in place.
· Form working or boxing up of precast formwork, Carpentry and set out experience.
The successful applicants must have
· Adesire to learn and develop new skills
· Must be reliable and work well within a team
· Possess a positive attitude and good work ethic
· Ability to work safely, effectively and accurately
Advantageous but not essential would be
· Forklift ticket
· Dogman ticket
· Experience with overhead cranes
Hours are early morning (5am) to early/mid-afternoon. Consistent hours Mon-Fri with minimal weekend work and a strong pipeline of work ahead.
Positions are available permanent or casual with rates based on experience. For aspiring individuals who show commitment and reliability, permanent positions will be offered after a short probationary period.
